You might need to do some remapping in your plugins to make them trigger what you want them to.Launchkey is a totally revamped range of full-sized controller keyboards for making tracks in Ableton Live and with hardware. The pads are basically like pressing C3 through D#4 (using FL Studio's numbering - subtract 2 to get General MIDI numbering which most third-party plugins use) and are laid out like this: E-3 F-3 F#3 G-3 C-4 C#4 D-4 D#4 When they're turned off, the knobs, sliders, and pads act like regular MIDI controller elements. Their primary use is for performance mode, so you probably won't need them turned on unless you're setting something up for a live show. If the InControl lights are turned on, press them to turn them off. Once you get that part working, we can get into the details.

If it still doesn't work, there might be a hardware or driver issue. If it is enabled, disable it, re-enable it, and try again. If you're not getting the icon to light up at all, check to make sure the device is enabled in MIDI settings. Green means it received the command but doesn't know what to do with it, so you'll have to link a parameter to it to make it have any effect - you'll probably get this from the knobs and sliders. Orange means it received the command and is passing it to whatever channel you have active - you should get this from the keyboard. If you press a key or pad, or adjust a knob or slider, you should see either an orange or green icon light up under the main menu. The main thing that you want to check for is if FL Studio is actually receiving the MIDI information. Not sure if that makes much of a difference, but it works for me. I have a LaunchKey 61 Mk2, and have mine set up similar to how /u/AManWithNoHart does, only I have the controller type actually set to the Launchkey (keyboard) instead of (generic controller).
